Description
2019 may be remembered as the year of ransomware attacks against State & Local Governments and the Education sectors. 2020 promises more of the same. Why have the criminals zeroed in on government and education? Because they are generally a soft target who has a strong incentive to pay. On this panel we will look at best practices you can implement to minimize the probability of a successful ransomware attack, and we will look at steps organizations can take to detect, respond and recover from a ransomware attack. We will also tackle the difficult question of, should you pay the bitcoin, or not?
